Rory Williams – Principal

Rory Williams is the managing partner of AC Commercial Realty, a diversified real estate organization focused on investment, development and real estate services.
AC Commercial provides portfolio and asset management, property management, agency leasing, tenant representation and research services for owners, investors and users of real estate in Florida and Texas. With specialized competencies in retail, industrial, self storage and mobile home park asset classes, AC Commercial strives to deliver value to both users and owners of commercial real estate. Combining industry knowledge and local market intelligence, AC Commercial develops and implements creative investment strategies for investors and users of real estate. Prior to founding AC Commercial, Rory has experience running the operations of a private real estate portfolio with 5MM square feet and operations in 8 states. The current portfolio under management is focused in Florida and Texas and has 1.5MM square feet. He has a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. |
Aycha Williams – Marketing Director

Aycha oversees the strategy, implementation and tracking of all marketing efforts as well as the property manager training program at AC Commercial. Aycha received her BA in International Relations in Ankara, Turkey and worked for a Fortune500 company responsible from product marketing of company’s consumer products in Istanbul, Turkey. She then received her MBA from University Of San Francisco with a focus on marketing and worked in the high tech industry prior to accepting an offer in commercial real estate in 2004.
With over 8 years of commercial real estate marketing experience, Aycha has accomplished steady lead generation and above industry standard property occupancy numbers across AC Commercial’s commercial property holdings through her marketing strategy implementation and management training programs. Aycha regularly contributes to self storage industry magazines with educational articles on self storage management and has an active blog for self storage owners/investors. Aycha Williams is an actively involved volunteer for The Second Harvest Food Bank Of Florida. |
Sheila Saldana – Property Manager

Sheila assists in the property management and leasing of of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail, flex, office and self storage facilities. Sheila brings more than five years of property management experience to AC Commercial Property Management. Sheila also oversees Employee Benefits, Human Resources and Payroll. Prior to joining AC Commercial Property Management in 2011, she served as assistant property manager for Leasco in the Orlando area, where she was responsible for the management and operations of approximately 750,000 square feet of flex and office commercial space.Sheila is an invaluable asset to AC Commercial with her proven track record in tenant management, her exceptional customer service and leadership skills. |
